Cindy and I first toured Europe in 1986. We toured the major European city’s via the Eurail pass. Then, when we retired in 2013, we again used Eurail and visited for 6 weeks in the spring and 5 more weeks in the fall. We decided to try a longer trip in 2019, so, we leased a car and did a marathon trip, over 10 months in total.
When we returned, I swore I’d never go back! But slowly, tour guide Cindy and I agreed to return to some of our favorite places at a much more leisurely pace.
