Trafton’s European Tour 2022/2023

Greetings from beautiful La Morra, Italy! We arrived here yesterday in the afternoon. Quite a trip, over 24 hours from Eagle to Frankfurt where we picked up the new trusty Peugeot.

The trip over and car pickup was so smooth we were wondering what we were doing right? So off we go to a quick overnight in a hotel in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany.

Great nights sleep so off we go on a 6 hour drive down through the Black Forest in Germany, into Switzerland (where you get to buy a €40 pass for the car) and into beautiful Italy (where they love toll roads)

Ok, we’re set for a quick unpack and a little Barolo wine. Made from the Nebbiolo grapes. Delicious!

Great nights sleep, we are right in the heart of La Morra, which is located on top of a hill.
